Registration process

To do payments towards purchases / bills using Axis Bank account and to use mobile banking services on ngpay, you need to register your mobile number for this service at any Axis Bank ATM and download the application, install it and activate Axis Bank account as the payment option on ngpay.

Please note that if you are already using ngpay, you do not require to re-install the ngpay application. You can simply register at an ATM, select Axis Bank from the Finance category and then add your Axis Bank account on the existing application.

Step 1: Download and Install Application

To download the application, you can do any of the following:

• SMS ngpay to 5676782 to receive the URL as an SMS to download the application
• OR Visit http://www.ngpay.com/axisbank and enter your mobile number on the website to receive the download URL as an SMS on the mobile phone
• OR Enter the URL (http://www.ngpay.com/axisbank) on your mobile browser and then follow the instructions
• OR Register your mobile number for this service at any Axis Bank ATM, and a download link SMS would be sent to your mobile phone.

After installation, you will be required to enter certain details, like name, address, email id, etc and set an ngpay PIN. You need to remember this ngpay PIN as it will be required while transacting on ngpay.

Please Note: To download and install the application, you require GPRS connectivity on your mobile phone. You are requested to contact your mobile/telecom operator's customer care to activate GPRS on your mobile phones.

Step 2: Register Account No. and mobile number at ATM

• Walk into any Axis Bank ATM
• Click on 'REGISTRATIONS' on the ATM Screen
• Under 'REGISTRATIONS', click on 'AXIS SHOP on ngpay' to register your mobile number against your account number. Immediately after registration, you will receive your mpin as an SMS on their registered mobile number. This mpin is required to add customer's Axis Bank account on the ngpay application.

Step3: Adding the verified Axis Bank Account on ngpay

After receiving the mpin, you are required to activate your account number on ngpay by following the below steps:

• Go to ngpay store++ > Explore All > Finance
• Click on Axis Bank > Manage Accounts > Activate Account
• Enter your account number and the mpin (for the added account number) received by you on your mobile number and click OK.

Please note that during activation of the account, the customer will be prompted to reset his or her mpin on the application.

The customer needs to remember this mpin to use mobile banking and commerce services on ngpay.
