SMS Banking Facility (Current Account)

: De-registration Process

Incase you wish to de-register for SMS Banking facility; you can do so through following options:

At the Branch Kindly submit your request for de-registration in writing at the nearest Axis Bank branch.

Through SMS In case you do not want to avail SMS Banking facility, please send an SMS in the below mentioned syntax to  +919717000002 or 5676782.

Type Facility SMS Syntax
A Day End Balance Alerts SUSPEND A
B Transaction Alerts SUSPEND B
C Both Day End Balance Alerts (A) and Transaction Alerts (B) SUSPEND C

Note: Value added charges will be applied by your mobile operator.

On the Axis Bank Internet Banking website (iConnect)

  • Visit www.axisbank.com
  • Log on to Internet Banking with your Corporate ID, User ID and password (if you are not registered for iConnect, please contact your nearest branch to get your Corporate ID, User ID and password).
  • Click on 'Customise' and then on 'SMS Banking'
  • Enter your mobile number, check the 'Disable Day end Alerts' or 'Disable Transaction alerts' or ' Disable both' checkbox and submit to de-register yourself for SMS Banking.

Please allow us 48 hours for the registration, update or de-registration to take effect.

Through Phone Banking You can de-register yourself simply by calling on the Phone Banking Numbers in your city.
