SMS Banking (NRI Account)

: De-registration Process

You can de-register from SMS Banking through any of the following mediums:

Through SMS You can de-register yourself by sending an SMS to the SMS banking number +919837000044 or 5676782# with the keyword SUSPSMS along with the last three digits of your account number (type a space between the key word and the account No.). For example, send SUSPEND 123.

Through Phone Banking You can de-register yourself simply by calling on the Phone Banking number in your city in India.

On the Axis Bank Internet Banking website (iConnect)

  • Visit www.axisbank.com
  • Log on to Internet Banking with your user ID and password (if you are not registered for iConnect, please contact your nearest branch to get your user ID and password).
  • Click on 'Customise' and then on 'SMS Banking'
  • Check the 'Disable for SMS Banking' checkbox and submit to de-register yourself for SMS Banking.

Please allow us 48 hours for the registration, update or de-registration to take effect.

At the Branch Kindly submit your request for de-registration in writing at any Axis Bank branch near you in India.
