You can de-register from SMS Banking through any of the following mediums:

Through SMS You can de-register yourself by sending an SMS to the SMS Banking number +919717000002 or 5676782^# with the keyword SUSPEND along with the last three digits of your account number (type a space between the keyword and the account number).
For example: SUSPEND 123

Through Phone Banking You can de-register yourself simply by calling on the Phone Banking number in your city.
