Having Trouble Logging In?
Unable to login into Internet Banking? It might be due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect login ID or password.
- Recheck your login ID and password. Please note that passwords are case sensitive
- In case you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot Password" link on the login page to generate your password online. In case you do not have a debit card, call toll free on 1-800-233-5577 or 1-800-209-5577; or visit the nearest Axis Bank branch to request for a new password.
- Information to Internet Banking users: Send a copy of the message and any related details to
Disabled login ID
- In case of multiple incorrect password entries, the system disables your Internet Banking ID for the calendar day. To enable the ID, visit your nearest Axis Bank branch or try again the following day.
First time user
- Axis Bank Internet Banking is best accessed using Internet Explorer 7 and above, with a screen resolution 1024 by 768 pixels.
- Axis Bank Internet Banking works best if cookies is enabled. To enable cookies on Internet Explorer, perform the following steps:
- From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- From the Internet Properties dialog box, on the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
- From the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box, click to select Override automatic cookie handling.
- Under First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies, click to select Accept.
- Click to select Always allow session cookies.
- Click OK.
- Required settings for Internet Explorer 7 and above:
- On the Internet Explorer browser Toolbar Go to Tools
- Then click on Internet Options
- Then Advanced and Scroll down to Security
- Here Enable Use SSL 2.0 & Use SSL 3.0.
- Click on 'Apply' then "OK"
- Now go to Tools
- Click on Internet Options
- Go to Security
- Go to custom level
- Scroll down the list and go to 'Scripting of Java applets ' and Enable it.
- If you are using LAN on your Internet Explorer Tool bar click on Tools
- Go to Internet options
- Click on Connections
- Go to LAN Settings
- Now click on Advanced
- In Servers, Secure field should not be blank.
- Note : Sometimes the browser cache memory gets "clogged" and refreshing may not work as a result of which you might face problems logging into Internet Banking.
- Follow the below steps to clear cache memory For Internet Explorer 7 & above:
- Select "TOOLS" from the menu-bar of the browser.
- Select "INTERNET OPTIONS".
- Under the title "Temporary Internet files", Click on "Delete Files"
- Click on "Apply" / "OK"
- Restart the Browser
