The Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Urban) provides interest subsidy on housing loans to eligible beneficiaries belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS)/Low Income Group (LIG) & Middle Income Group (MIG) segment for construction/purchase/extension of their house. Axis Bank has partnered with the Govt. of India for this scheme. The Credit Linked Subsidy Calculator gives you an estimate of the interest subsidy amount based on the home loan amount you enter as a requirement.
The Net Present Value (NPV) of the interest subsidy is calculated at a discount rate of 9 %
