Subscribers of Dish TV India Ltd (Dish TV) can now pay subscription fees by the below modes:
By dropping clearing or transfer cheques at Axis Bank ATM drop boxes,
For Axis Bank account holders by registering at Axis Bank's retail IConnect and making adhoc payments,
For Axis Bank account holders by registering through ATM and making adhoc payments.
Process Flow
Collection at Axis Bank ATM drop boxes
Any subscriber of Dish TV, irrespective of whether he/she holds an account with Axis bank, can drop the payment cheque at any of the cheque drop boxes installed at our ATMs. The subscriber will mention 11 digit Viewing Card (VC) number and telephone numbers on the back of the instrument.
Collection through Internet
Under Bill Payment Module of Retail iConnect Dish TV is added as a Payee, without bill presentment facility. Common customer of Axis Bank and Dish TV will register themselves and pay subscription amount due online. The detailed process flow for the same is as below:
Registration Process:
Common Customers of Axis Bank and Dish TV will login to net banking (iConnect) using there user id and password.
The customer will select Bills > Registration
Two options will be displayed Biller Registration and Payee Registration. Customer will select Payee registration and select Dish TV from the list of Payees.
Customer will be prompted to enter the VC number (unique identification number) in the Consumer Code column.
VC number (Unique identification number) will be an 11 digit number starting with "0".
Message will be displayed " Payee Registration Successful"
The VC number will be send to PCS (Product Cross sell) server for updation in the database. In case of any duplication and/or mismatch the registration will be rejected.
Payment Process:
Customer(s) will login to iConnect and select Dish TV under Bills > Bill Payment >.
Customer will click on the Pay button and select option One time payment for doing a one time payment
Customer will be asked to provide the amount he / she wishes to pay.
Once the amount is entered and confirmed, the customer's account will be debited and Dish TV account will be credited on a real time basis.
Collection through ATMs
Common customers i.e. Axis Bank account holders who have subscribed to Dish TV will be provided with an additional option to register online through the banks ATM machines and make subscription payments to Dish TV. The subscribers will register through unique identification number (VC Number) allotted by Dish TV and then make payment to Dish TV which would be on an adhoc basis i.e. the bank accepts the amount keyed in by the customer
Registration Process:
Common Customer(s) of Axis Bank and Dish TV will be entitled to register themselves for making payment to Dish TV through ATM machines.
The common customer will select "Special Services" option in Main Menu.
Under the Special Service, the common customer will select the Registration option, an option of Dish TV will be displayed on the ATM screen.
Customer will select Dish TV and provide VC number (Viewing Card number). The VC number will be an 11 digit number starting with "0".
Once the VC number is provided and reconfirmed by the customer the same will be send to PCS (Product Cross sell) server for updation in the database. In case of any duplication and/or mismatch the registration will be rejected.
Payment Process for registered VCs:
The Common customers will select Special Services and enter the PIN
Under Special Services the customer will select Bill payment option and under the bill payment option for Phone Bill Pay & TV payment will be displayed
Customer will select TV payment and company as Dish TV. Once Dish TV is selected, the VC number entered at the time of registration will be displayed for confirmation.
Thereafter, the common customer will be prompted to enter the amount and confirm to execute the transactions.
Once the amount is confirmed by the account holder, the account will be debited and dish TV account will be credited on a real time basis.
A receipt will be printed at the end of the transaction.
