What is "eDGE Loyalty Rewards"?

eDGE Loyalty Rewards is a rewards program from Axis Bank which helps you earn eDGE Reward Points on your everyday banking activities, which you can then spend on over 500 carefully-selected reward options.

How is eDGE Loyalty Rewards different from the earlier program?

The new program allows you to earn points across your Credit card, Debit card and Savings account. The points earned across these multiple products of the bank accumulates in one loyalty account instead of separate loyalty accounts for Credit and Debit card earlier. These points can now be spent on over 500 carefully-selected reward options.

When did the new program come into effect?

The new program comes to effect from 5th March, 2013 onwards. However, we are communicating the change in program in a phased manner to all our customers eligible for the program via their registered email id or mobile number with the bank. If you have a registered email id or mobile number with the bank you will soon be receiving the communication about the program from the bank. The information about the new program will / is also be mentioned in the credit / debit card statement generated after March 1, 2013.
The program has been extended to the Axis Bank NRI customers with effect from 1st December 2013.

Do I have to incur any charges to be a part of eDGE Loyalty Rewards?

No. Currently, there are no charges to be a part of this program.

What happens to PlusPoints on my existing cards program?

Your points from the PlusPoints program have been transferred to the new program. Please register yourself for eDGE Loyalty Rewards on the Loyalty Website. You will see a 'points balance' entry for the points that were transferred.

Eligibility

Who is eligible to earn points in "eDGE Loyalty Rewards"?
  1. Any Axis Bank customer invited to the eDGE Loyalty Rewards Program by competent authority at Axis Bank may be eligible to be a part of the program. Eligibility criterion will be reviewed from time to time. Only customers in good standing and with no amounts overdue will be eligible for eDGE Rewards.

When will the other products of the bank be eligible to earn eDGE Loyalty Reward points?

We will be extending the program to other products of the bank in due course. You will be informed about the same on your registered email id or mobile number with the bank. The details will also be published on our website.

I am a Corporate Credit card member, am I eligible for eDGE Loyalty Rewards?

Only those Corporate Card members with individual liability will be eligible to earn eDGE Rewards Points on their Axis Bank Credit card.

Registration

How do I register for eDGE Loyalty Rewards?

You can register for the eDGE Loyalty Rewards Program on the Loyalty Website by providing your details such as Customer ID, your name as embossed on your card, your date of birth and few other details.

I don't know my Customer ID? Can the bank help me?
  1. Axis Bank Savings Account/Debit Card customers:
    1. Refer your Bank Account Statement or
    2. Refer your Chequebook or
    3. Refer your Welcome Letter or
    4. Refer your Internet banking account or
    5. SMS CUSTID<space>15 digit Account Number and send it to 5676782.
  2. Credit Card customers can call us on 1800-103-5577 , 1800-209-5577 or 1800-233-5577.
  3. Why do I need to register for the program?

By registering on the website you will be able to see all your loyalty related information and also be able to do spend your points on over 500 carefully-selected reward options.

I am unable to register for the new program on the Website.

Please ensure that the information that you are entering is correct. The Customer ID and date of birth should be as per the bank's records and the name must be exactly as embossed / seen on your Debit / Credit card. In case you are still unable to register, kindly contact the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577.

I am sure I have entered all the correct information but am still unable to register myself on the Website.

Please ensure that your Credit card / Debit card is active and you are able to transact on them. If there is an issue on any of your Cards, you will not be able to register onto the loyalty program. If your cards are active and you are still not able to register, please call the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577.

Do I have to register each of my cards / products separately?

No you don't have to as long as your cards / products are under the same Customer ID as per the bank's records. However, in case you have different cards under different Customer IDs please visit your local Axis Bank branch to have your accounts linked on to the same Customer ID.

Account

Can I link my loyalty account with that of my spouse / family member?

No, this is currently not possible. However in case your family member / spouse holds an add-on card to your primary card, then points earned on the add-on card will be added onto your loyalty account.

How do I set up a username and password?

Please visit the Loyalty Website and register for the program. The details for registering are given on the site including creating a username and password.

I have forgotten my password.

Click the 'forgot password' link on the website. You will be asked to enter your Customer ID, date of birth and name as embossed on your Credit / Debit card. A new password will be sent out to your loyalty email address.

I have forgotten my username.

When you first registered for eDGE Loyalty Rewards, you were sent the username via email. You can check your email to find your username. Alternatively, you can use your Customer ID to login. In case you do not remember your Customer ID, contact the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577 or SMS custid 'account number' and send it to 5676782, example custid 91101004766886.

Can I change my username?

No, you will not able to change your username.

What details can I update on the website?

You can update your email id and the name we address you by. However this email address is for the purpose of loyalty related communication only and will not reflect on your Credit / Debit card / Savings accounts with the bank.

Why can't I update my address on the website?

For security reasons some important information, such as your address, is supplied from your Credit card / Debit card / Savings account records and you must update the records at your home branch for the details to be reflected in your loyalty account.

I don't have internet access. How do I register?

You can call the Call centre for carrying out your loyalty transactions or get information related to your loyalty account. However in case you wish to you access your loyalty account online, you would need to have internet access.

I have registered for eDGE Loyalty Rewards and have logged in to the account earlier, but now I'm not able to log in.

All the credit and debit cards associated with your loyalty account must remain in active state with the Bank as otherwise your loyalty account will be suspended. Please ensure that all your card payments have been made as per your due dates or you have not hot listed your cards with the bank, as these could impact your loyalty account status. Please contact the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577 if you continue to face any issues.

Points Earn

How will I be able to earn points?

You will be able to earn points by using your active Axis Bank Credit or Debit card to purchase items or by carrying out certain transactions on your Credit / Debit card or Savings account, such as registering for e-statements, updating your mobile number using Axis Bank ATM, updating your email address online for your savings account, etc. For more details visit the Earn Points page on the loyalty website.

What will I earn points on?

You will earn points on eligible transactions on your Credit / Debit card or Savings account. Visit the Earn Points section on the loyalty website for more details.

How many points will I earn?

This will depend upon the type of card / account that you hold with the bank. Kindly visit the Earn Points page on the loyalty website for more details.

How quickly will points be added to my account once I have transacted?

Points will be added to your account normally within 10 to 15 days of any purchase made using your Axis Bank Debit / Credit card. For certain other transactions on your Savings account the points will be reflected in the next month's statement.

I registered for e-statements but haven't received my points.

Points for such transactions will be credited in the month after which the transaction took place.

How do I know what my points balance is?

You can view your points balance by logging into your account on the loyalty website. You will also receive your updated points balance in your Credit card / Debit card statement / loyalty statement.

Where can I view my transaction history?

You can view upto 3 months of transaction history by logging into your account on the loyalty website. However for transactions prior to going live on the new loyalty website, you would need to contact the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577. NRI customers can contact the call centre numbers for their residing countries.

When a transaction is reversed or refunded will my earned points be deducted?

Yes, the points earned on any transaction which is subsequently cancelled or reversed, will be deducted back from your account.

I do not seem to have got points for a particular transaction. Can you please check and let me know?

You should check if the transaction is reflected on your Debit / Credit card statement. Please ensure that you wait for at least 15 days to allow the transaction to come through to your loyalty account. If the points are still missing, then kindly contact the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577. NRI customers can contact the call centre numbers for their residing countries.

Do my points have an expiry period?

Yes. Points earned on a particular day will expire three years hence. For eg: Points earned on 10th January 2013 will expire on 10th January 2016.

Points Spend

What can I spend my points on?

We have an exhaustive and exciting range of rewards, including merchandise, vouchers and e- vouchers for you to spend your points on. Kindly visit the Loyalty Website to view the over 500 carefully-selected reward options. You can also call the Contact Centre on 1800-103-5577, 1800-209-5577 or 1800-233-5577 for the same. NRI customers can contact the call centre numbers for their residing countries.

How long will it take to receive the rewards?

You will receive an email confirmation of the product chosen once you spend your points. You will receive your reward within 6 weeks of placing your redemption request. E-vouchers will be delivered within 10 days of placing your redemption request.

Why can I not enter a different delivery address?

Delivery will be made only at the registered address, and in the case of e-Voucher, at the email id registered with the bank. In case the member has changed his address recently, he would need to visit the nearest Axis Bank branch to request for a change in address. The same holds true in case a change has to be made in the email id registered with the bank.

No delivery will be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
All evouchers are redeemable in India ONLY

Why am I not able to redeem for e-vouchers on the website?

E-vouchers are mailed only to the registered email address as provided in your bank/ card account with the bank. Please visit the bank branch to update your registered email address.

You can view your past redemption details by logging into your account on the loyalty website.
