- Timely revisions based on changes in rates of Pension or Dearness Allowance, done centrally from the CCPH

- The Bank is authorised by RBI and Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) for disbursement of Central Civil Pension through its 218 authorised branches across the country.
- The Bank is authorized by EPFO for disbursement of pension under the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 in all the branches.
