To open Prime Savings Account with Axis Bank, you just need to provide:

• An account opening form duly filled.
• 2 Latest passport size color photographs.
• Photo proof of identity PAN card, passport, Driving License or A letter from the Bank Manager verifying identity, signature and address along with a self signed cheque.
• Proof of residence like recent electricity bills or telephone bills or credit card statements.
