Axis Bank in association with Life Insurance Corporation of India presents the internationally accepted Co-branded Prepaid Annuity Card. The Annuity Card is a rupee denominated card for receiving the Annuities / Pensions from LIC of India. Now you need not wait in long queues for depositing your cheques and no more delays in getting the credits of your Annuities. You will also get your annuity reloaded on your card whenever it is due, so that you can access your annuity anytime, anywhere. What's more! The Annuity Card comes to you absolutely free of cost.

The Annuity Card jointly offered to you by LIC and Axis Bank is an innovative and extremely convenient way to receive your regular Pension / Annuities. Apart from being an ATM Card that is used to withdraw cash, it also enables you to shop and make purchases, thus serving you the dual purpose, just like your normal Debit card.

The LIC Axis Bank Annuity Card is a Visa Electron Card and is accepted at Visa / Visa Plus ATMs worldwide and at all Merchant Establishments displaying the Visa Electron sign globally. The LIC Axis Bank Annuity Card comes to you free of cost with the following features:

Eligibility No Bank Account or Average Quarterly Balance maintenance is required
Transaction Limits
- Enhanced ATM transaction limit at Axis Bank ATMs: Rs 40,000/- per day
- Daily POS transaction limit: Rs 40,000/- per day
Insurance
- Zero Lost Card Liability: The Annuity Card comes with a Zero Lost Card liability. In case of loss of your Annuity Card, you are insured for the loss due to the fraudulent transactions done using your card. You would however be required to report the loss of the card to the Bank immediately upon realizing the loss.
- Purchase Protection: All consumer durable goods purchased using the Annuity Card are insured against fire, burglary, natural calamity and house-breaking up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
The combined insurance limit for Zero Lost Card liability and Purchase protection is up to Rs. 50,000/-
Validity The Axis Bank Annuity Card comes with validity period of 10 years
