The Offer

Every Credit cardholder doing POS transactions of Rs 1000 or more during the campaign period is eligible. Every Rs 1000 spent entitles him to 1 entry in the Lucky Draw.

For example, a cardholder who has spent Rs 5,400 during the period will have 5 entries into the Lucky Draw.

At the end of the offer, there will be a draw and the winners will be asked to collect the Mohur Gold coins from the nearest branch.

A total of 7 Gold coins of 5g to be won.

• The offer is valid for the period from September 6, 2008 to September 12, 2008.
• The offer is applicable to Axis Bank Credit Card holders only.
Only POS transactions will be considered for the campaign. Fuel transactions and cash withdrawals will be excluded.
• The offer is open only for Axis Bank Credit cardholders in Kerala.
• Only 7 Gold coins of 5g will be given as gifts to the winners of the contest (1 Gold coin will be given each day).
• The customer will be able to redeem his Gold coin only once he has paid off his total amount due. In case the total payment due is not made by the end of 3 billing cycles after Sept 12, 2008, his entitlement to the gift shall be forfeited.
• The winners of the contest will be picked out in a random manner after the campaign period is over.
• The Axis Bank staff members will not be eligible to participate in the campaign. Corporate Cards with Corporate Liability will not be eligible to participate in the campaign.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• The gift given under the offer is non-negotiable and cannot be encashed. Axis Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw / change / modify / suspend / cancel and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without giving any notice.
• Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Axis Bank Credit Cardholders shall be voluntary.
• Taxes as applicable on the gift/Lucky draw, if any, will be borne by the winner. Axis Bank shall not be liable for the same.
• This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other existing offers/discounts. Any person taking advantage of this offer through the valid Axis Bank Credit Card shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
