• This Offer is applicable to only to Axis Bank Credit Cardholders and shall remain valid until 31st December 2008.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Ferns N Petals or of Axis Bank.
• Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product/service under the offer.
• Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honour the offer made by Ferns N Petals for any reason whatsoever.
• Axis Bank & Ferns N Petals reserve the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without giving any notice.
• The offer / discount will be given only if the payment is made through Axis Bank Credit Card.
• Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• The discount is not transferable, non-negotiable & cannot be encashed.
• Ferns N Petals shall be responsible to honour the offer and assure smooth execution of the same.
• Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Axis Bank Cardholder shall be voluntary and the term and conditions of the Offer shall be binding on Axis Bank Cardholders.
