• The offer is valid for the period from 15th August, 2008 to 15th September, 2008.
• The offer is applicable to Axis Bank Debit Card holders only.
• The customer should have done one-time purchases of Rs. 5,000 or more during the offer period using an Axis Bank Debit Card to participate in the lucky draw contest.
• The purchases made by a customer will be calculated on the basis of the Card and not on the basis of the Account.
• The offer is open only for the customers having their base branch located in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and Madhya Pradesh.
• Every customer doing one-time purchases of Rs. 5,000 or more during the offer period using an Axis Bank Debit Card will be eligible to send an SMS and be a part of the contest as many times as he / she does one-time purchases of Rs. 5,000 or more.
• Only 20 Kodak 7 Mega pixel Digital Cameras will be given as gifts to the winners of the lucky draw contest.
• The winners of the lucky draw contest will be picked out in a random manner after the campaign period is over.
• The Axis Bank staff members will not be eligible to participate in the campaign.
• Taxes applicable on the gift, if any, will be borne by the winner.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
