Validity

• The offer shall be valid on Axis Bank Visa Debit Cards only.
• The offer shall be valid for bookings made from July 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008

Terms & Conditions

• The offer is valid for a period of two months from 1st July, 2008 to 31st August, 2008.
• The offer is applicable to Axis Bank Visa Debit Card holders only.
• The Cash back will be provided only in case of the first successful transaction made by an Axis Bank Visa Debit Card holder on www.irctc.co.in or on www.visabillpay.in using his/her Axis Bank Visa Debit Card. If the customer would have already made a transaction on IRCTC or on Visa Bill Pay prior to the beginning of the offer, he/she won't be eligible to get the Cash Back under the offer.
• No cash back will be provided on the subsequent transactions done on www.irctc.co.in or on www.visabillpay.in after a successful transaction has been done on any of these two websites.
• The offer is valid only in case of online booking of train tickets on www.irctc.co.in or payments done through www.visabillpay.in
• The Cash Back for a month will be credited to the account linked to the Debit Card in the next month. E.g. Cash Back for the month of July will be credited in the month of August.
• Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product/service under the offer.
• The offer will be applicable only if the payment is made online through Axis Bank Visa Debit Card.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• The amount of Cash Back is non-negotiable.
• This is a non-exclusive arrangement / tie up.
• The Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to make any modification to the Scheme at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for the same.
• Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Axis Bank Visa Debit Cardholders shall be voluntary.
