- The Facility (hereinafter referred to as "Facility") is open to all residents of India holding a valid and existing Axis Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Bank") Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as "Card") in good standing (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") during the term of the Facility.
- The term of the Facility shall be valid for a period starting March 10, 2008 to June 30, 2008 (both days inclusive).
- The Facility Offers the Customer an opportunity to purchase Products offered solely by "Royal Images Direct" (hereinafter referred to as "Product" and "RID" respectively), listed in the Product catalogue (hereinafter referred to as "Catalogue") annexed herewith for a price as set out therein and Customer shall be required to make payments from their respective Card for the Products in the manner as Provided therein.
- The participation in the Facility is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer shall be deemed to have been made on voluntary basis. The offer is valid on the following Axis Bank Credit Cards – Gold, Silver, Secured and Shriram Cards.
- Under the Facility, the Customer may place an order for any number of Products (hereinafter "Order") from the catalogue. The payments by the Customer would be charged on their respective Card(s).
- The order placed by the Customer is subject to the following: Customer shall place the Order in the prescribed manner as indicated in the catalogue. All Order shall be accepted between 10 am to 6 pm, on all days except Sunday. Octroi charges as applicable will be borne by the Customer. All deliveries will be made within 14 working days from the time of placing the order, subject to availability of Product. Products once delivered to the customer and accepted by him/her in good condition shall not be accepted back.
- In the event of any defects in the Products, the customer shall be required to contact the "RID" Call Center No. Mumbai – 092231 14977, Delhi - 092122 14977, Chennai – 092822 14977, Bangalore- 092433 14977, Hyderabad - 092462 24977 within 48 hours of the delivery of the products. However, in case of failure to do so, the Product shall be considered as accepted and customer's request shall stand as rejected.
- In case of replacement of the product, all the cost of courier or any other charges in relation, there to, would be borne by the customer.
- The Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the Products offered by “RID”. The customer must resolve any dispute or claim regarding the products with "RID" directly without any reference to the Bank. The Bank shall not be liable in any manner what so ever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Products availed of by the customer under the Facility.
- The customer undertakes not to raise any dispute nor shall he/she initiate any legal proceedings with respect of the products offered under this Facility, against the Bank.
- The customer shall become ineligible to participate in Facility, in the event the customer becomes delinquent and / or his/her Card is canceled before the expiry of / during the term of the facility.
- "RID" at its sole discretion and without prior notice of any form, may choose to revoke the entire Facility without having any liability/consequences whatsoever, towards the customer or any other party (ies).
- Any taxes or liabilities or charge payable to the Government or any other authority or body, which may arise or accrue on a Customer, if any, shall be borne directly by the Customer.
- The Facility shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of any such event, the facility shall deem to be automatically withdrawn.
- Any dispute arising out of in connection with or as a result of the Facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
- For resolution of disputes, with regards to products purchased under this Facility, Customer shall approach "RID" only. Expenses for the same would be borne by the customer.
- However if the Product needs replacement due to any defects found therein, the courier charge would be borne by "RID".
