Terms & Conditions
- Rewards* (Points/Coupons) once redeemed can not be reinstated.
- All Rewards are given by the respective merchant participants.
- Axis Bank will not be liable for any service liabilities for Rewards offered.
- Axis Bank is not liable for any damage or loss incurred by the Cardholder on purchase of any goods from the merchants. Any disputes/claims on products/services purchased through Reward redemption would be addressed directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant.
- The Axis Bank Spice Rewards Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer from the merchant.
- Blackout period, if any, is as indicated by the merchant from time to time.
- Axis Bank reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, at its sole discretion, at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder.
- In case of termination of the Spice program or any other reward program under it, all rewards given to Cardholders will immediately expire and will have no future value or reinstatement possibilities. Axis Bank is not liable to compensate the Cardholder in any way once the program has been terminated or changed.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each Card will have its own set of rewards. A customer carrying more than one Axis Bank Card can only avail Spice rewards accumulated on each individual card. The Spice rewards on the various cards cannot be combined under any circumstances.
- Once expired, the Reward cannot be extended.
- Each Reward will have its unique set of terms and conditions which shall apply, during earning and redemption of such Rewards.
- All terms and conditions of Axis Bank Debit and Credit Cards shall apply.
* Rewards is defined as any additional incentive given by the respective merchants in the form of product, points or discounts.
