You may have two types of ticket options - Booking as well as Request. If the ticket type shows 'Booking' it means that the bus ticket can booked online and the eticket can be printed. If the ticket type shows 'Request', then a request can be placed and a customer representative shall call you back to process your request and guide you to make the payment online.
The cash back shall be credited back three days after the date of journey.
