• Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product/service under the offer.
• The offer / discount will be given only if the payment is made through Axis Bank Credit/DebitCard.
• The offer is not negotiable & cannot be encashed.

• Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to honour the offer made by Seventymm for any reason whatsoever.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Special tariff is non-commissionable after the Special Discount, valid for Indian nationals only & not Applicable for foreign Leisure market.
• Please note that the rooms/apartments shall be allotted and charged as per availability for reservations (with prepayment and voucher + naming details).
• Any other tax as and when levied by the government, shall be charged accordingly.
• Change in the name of guest is allowed, PROVIDED the guest is not already booked with us.


Payment Terms

• All bookings must be made via a valid Axis Bank Credit Card only.
• All bills for Extras must be settled at the time of checkout, either in cash or by an approved Credit Card.
• Disputes, if any between the customer and the hotel would be subject to the respective hotel's rules.


Taxes

• Service Tax of 3.09% will be levied extra on the Total Package Cost.


Child Policy

• Child 0-5years, sharing parent's room - free of charge on same plan as adults.


Reservations

Cost Excludes

• Optional Tours & Sightseeing entry fee.
• Extra expanses such as Laundry bill, telephone bill, Extra F & B etc.
• Monuments fees.


Cancellation Policy

• When Cancellation is made the following charges would be applicable:
  • 30 Days more prior to the operation of the booked tour: No Cancellation charge.
  • 21 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 10% of total tour cost.
  • 15 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 25% of total tour cost.
  • 07 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour: 75% of total tour cost.
  • No show or Last moment cancellation: 100% of total tour cost.
• In case of any cancellation/amendment, a written note is to be sent to Intersight as per the cut off periods mentioned above. No verbal communication will be accepted to protect mutual interest.
• If cancellations are not made in adherence to this policy, Intersight reserves the right to charge retention on applicable plan as a cancellation charge.


Refund

• Refund against Cancellations will be credited directly to the same Axis Bank Credit card through which the booking is made.
• It would take at least 30 days to process such Refund.
• However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example - meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing and transportation (surface / air).
• All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).
