Note: The Axis Bank Credit/Debit Cardholder will have to announce the usage of his Axis Bank Credit or Debit Card at the time of placing the order and before calling for the bill.

How to avail the offer

• The Customer has to announce the usage of his Axis Bank Credit/Debit Card before the bill is called for.
• The bill shall be made net of the discount and the Axis Bank Credit/Debit Card shall be swiped only for the net amount.

Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid between 1st November 2008 and 31st March 2009.
• The offer is applicable only on food & beverages and not on alcohol/hard drinks.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of Little Italy or Axis Bank.
• Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product/service under the offer.
• The offer will be given only if the payment is made through a valid Axis Bank Credit Card.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• The offer is not negotiable & cannot be encashed.
• This is an exclusive arrangement / tie up.
• Axis Bank & Little Italy can withdraw or change the offer without any prior notice.
• Little Italy shall be responsible to honour the offer and assure smooth execution of the same.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Axis Bank Cardholders shall be voluntary.
