Terms & Conditions

• The offer is valid for a period of only three months from 1st July, 2008 to 30th September, 2008.
• The offer is applicable to only those Axis Bank MasterCard Debit Card holders who have been invited for this offer through a message or a call or an Email.
• The Cash back will be provided based on the month (as per the Bank's systems) in which the sum total of purchases touches Rs. 1,500 or more.
• The Cash Back for a month will be credited to the account linked to the Debit Card in the next month. E.g. Cash Back for the month of July will be credited in the month of August.
• Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability or quality of the product/service under the offer.
• The offer will be applicable only if the payment is made through Axis Bank MasterCard Debit Card.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• The amount of Cash Back is non-negotiable .
• This is a non-exclusive arrangement / tie up.
• The Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to make any modifications to the Scheme at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for the same.
• Axis Bank Cardholders are not bound in any manner to avail the special offer. Any participation by the Axis Bank Cardholders shall be voluntary
