• This insurance does not cover the following: Military, paramilitary, police personal, alcoholics, person habitually under influence of drugs, political activists in violence prone areas, persons undergoing treatment for epilepsy, children below the age of five, plus other conditions explained in the policy.
• The insured must be a resident of India and aged below 65 years and below.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Axis Bank is the Certified Corporate Agent for Bajaj Allianz Gen. insurance Co. Ltd. and nothing contained on the Website shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, an offer to purchase or an invitation or solicitation to undertake any activity or enter into any transaction relating to the Gen. Participation by Axis Bank customers shall be purely on voluntary basis. The contract of Insurance is between Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company and the insured, and not between Axis Bank and the insured.
