1. The loan approval will be subject to satisfactory verification of residence and place of business/employment.
2. The loan approval will subject to documentary proof of income, identity documents, complete loan application form, exact nature of employment/business type and bank statements.
3. Verification or re-verification of any information contained in this application may be made at any time by Axis Bank, its agents and assigns, either directly or through a credit reporting agency, and this application will be retained by Axis Bank, even if the loan is not approved.
4. Axis Bank, its agents and assigns will rely on the information contained in the application and applicant has a continuing obligation to amend and supplement the information provided in this application if any of the material facts stated herein should change prior to closing.
5. Other relevant information as requested by the bank's credit unit will be provided.
6. The loan disbursement shall be subject to signing of formal application form, loan agreement, PDCs, etc. All loans at the sole discretion of Axis Bank.
