Ravi Narayanan is the Group Executive – Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking & Products at Axis Bank since May 2021. He has more than 26 years of experience in the banking industry and leads all functions under Branch Banking, Corporate Salary, Liabilities Sales, TASC, Alternate Channels, Third Party Products, Axis Virtual Centre, Retail Forex & Remittances.
Previously, he was with HDFC Bank as the Head – Branch Banking (West) and Retail Trade & Forex. In his earlier roles at HDFC Bank, he has led Merchant Acquiring, Cash Management Services and Current Account Product Business. Prior to that he was working with Bank of America, wherein his responsibilities included Relationship Management for high-net-worth customers, Direct Sales and Liabilities.
Ravi is an alumnus of IIT Varanasi and Postgraduate in Management from FMS Delhi. In his personal time, he loves reading, cycling, and playing musical instruments.
