If the Card is lost or stolen the customer can block their card through the phone banking, SMS banking or online banking channels. Thereafter, a replacement Card can be purchased at the Mumbai Metro issuance counter. Refer below table for replacement charges:

All unutilized balances will be transferred to the replacement card within 07 working days, post deduction of replacement card charges. An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number on successful transfer.
