Axis PayGO is a cashless wallet payment solution for our customers who are a part of selected Corporates/Gated Communities This is ideal for making small value daily payments using your ID Card.
Axis PayGO works on near-field communications (NFC) technology that enables payments by tapping your ID card on the merchant device. It is a faster and simpler way to make payments.
No. Since the corporate ID Cards provided are usually enabled with the NFC feature, this solution uses the same card to facilitate payments.
  • Convenient : Pay the exact value, avoid long queues and carrying cash
  • Track your spending: Keep a track of your wallet spending/balance through SMS or through mini statements available online
  • Easy to use : Recharge/lock/Unlock your card online or through SMS
  • Secure: Due to near field communication (NFC) technology, your card never leaves your hand. Just tap to make the payment.
Existing Infosys employees with a valid employee ID card and an Axis Bank Salary Account are eligible for this facility.
No. There are NO hidden/transaction costs involved. This service is extended free of cost to the account holders.

There are two ways to register for Axis PayGO once you are on the axis bank website:
  • Register using Internet Banking details
  • Register using Debit Card details
Once you put your credentials, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile no. to validate your registration request. On successful validation, you get registered for Axis PayGO and can start making payments using your ID card.

There are two ways in which you can load money in your Axis PayGO wallet:

  • Login in to Axis Bank website and load money online. Please enter your Internet Banking credentials or Debit Card credentials, OTP and your wallet is loaded.
  • SMS “PAYGO” to 9717000002

There are two ways in which you can check balance in your Axis PayGO wallet:

  • SMS “PAYGO” to 9717000002
  • Login in to the Axis Bank website and view your wallet balance online. Enter your IB or Debit Card credentials, OTP and you can view your wallet balance.

There are two ways in which you can view transaction history in your Axis PayGO wallet:

  • SMS “PAYGO MINI” to 9717000002
  • Login in to the Axis Bank website, select “Wallet Statement” and view your transaction history online.

No, Axis PayGO Wallet can only be used inside the campus. It is a closed user wallet solution.
There is no minimum threshold. However there exists an upper cap of Rs. 2,000 per transaction that can be done through Axis PayGO.
There is no minimum balance requirement. However there exists an upper cap of Rs. 10,000 as wallet balance that can be kept in Axis PayGO.
The customer needs to call Customer Care Service at 9972022223 (Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm) or write to us at mowa.support@ikaz.com with a request to de-register the wallet. The request will be processed within one working day and the unutilised funds will be reversed into the customer’s account.
