Sarang can be termed as the person with long experience to run the complex Branch Banking Business. He believes in effective training and man management to ensure better & consistent results in this retail segment. He has total experience
of 32 years in direct sales / people management and has worked in office automation, service industry and Banking.
He started his career from frontline Sales from selling of Fax Machines. Thereafter he worked in service industry such as Mahindra Holidays & Sterling Holidays. In his Banking career, he worked with HDFC Bank for 21 years in different departments.
He started with direct sales and then moved to salary acquisition, Merchant services and Branch Banking. In his last 2 years in HDFC Bank, he handled it’s Government & Institutional business across the country.
