If you are getting errors such as
"Account not Found", "Account does not exist", "Mobile number not linked", "Unable to register" etc. while registering or adding account to any UPI Apps - follow the mentioned steps
| Make sure the App is updated to latest version | Please use registered mobile data network and turn off Wi-Fi while registration. Also, ensure SIM has proper Data and SMS plan | Ensure you are using the mobile number registered with the Bank | Ensure you have an active debit card linked with your account | Joint account holders, Trust, Corporates, Minor, Non-Resident External(NRE), Non-Resident Ordinary(NRO) having overseas Registered mobile number, Foreign nationals holding NRO accounts, PIS(Portfolio investment scheme), PMS(Portfolio management scheme) accounts, all current account (excluding Individual current and Sole Proprietor account) are not eligible for registration on UPI | If still facing issue, clear the app data and try to register again |
