No. Axis Bank provides this facility free of charge to its customers.
When will my Bank Account be debited?
Your bank account will be debited immediately.
Is there any limit on mobile recharge?
Following limits are applicable on mobile recharge:
You can make 3 mobile recharges per number per day for a total amount of INR 3000/-
Your per transaction limit for mobile recharge is INR 2000/-

When can my request be invalid in case of mobile recharge?
A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:
Non-existence of the mobile number
Postpaid mobile number
The particular mobile number does not pertain to the list of operators available
In all of the above cases, Bank will debit the account for the amount entered by you. However, if the request is rejected by the operator, refund will be processed to your account within 4-5 working days.
What will happen if I enter an incorrect mobile number?
If you have entered an incorrect mobile number, the recharge request will be processed. Axis Bank will not be responsible for the correctness of the mobile number.
What if I do not get any confirmation message from the operator?
Please contact your Service Provider, if you do not receive a confirmation on completion of a successful recharge.
DTH Recharge
Get an online DTH recharge with ease
You now have the convenience of recharging your DTH connection anytime anywhere. The facility can be used by all Internet Banking users who have registered for Netsecure.
Following are the steps to recharge via Axis Internet Banking:
Log in to Axis Bank Internet Banking using your internet banking login ID and password.
Select the ‘Recharges’ option available under “PAYMENTS” menu.
Select the type of recharge i.e. DTH, available under the ‘Recharges’ option.
Register the DTH that has to be recharged. For security purposes, this option is Netsecure enabled. You can register as many numbers as you want.
Once registered, you can recharge your DTH. You have to enter Netsecure OTP/Transaction password to complete the transaction.
You can view your registered numbers and also check the status of the past recharges online.

Will I get any receipt from the bank for the payment?
Once the recharge request is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the Bank. You can Download/Mail/Print the generated receipt.
Is there any limit on DTH recharge?
The limit for DTH Recharge is INR 10,000 per day. To initiate more recharges for the same number, you will have to wait for a day.

When can my request be invalid for DTH recharge?

Once the transaction is entered, Axis Bank accepts the same for processing. If DTH number belongs to the list of available operators, the request will be processed. However, if the number is invalid (for reasons as mentioned above) refund will be processed within 4-5 working days.
Will I receive a confirmation for completion of DTH recharge request?
Once the recharge request is completed, you will receive a confirmation message on your computer.
What will happen if I do not get a confirmation message?
Please contact your Service Provider, if you do not receive a confirmation on completion of a successful recharge
