During a medical emergency we offer a choice of both cashless and reimbursement payment options.

Intimate us @ 1800-270-7000 within 48 hours of admission

Check if the hospital you are admitted to is part of the network hospitals

Go cashless if it’s a Network Hospital

Submit pre-authorization form @ hospital within 24 hours of hospitalization

For planned hospitalization – please submit pre-authorization form at hospital before 72 hours of hospitalization

Hospital will forward it to us and your request will be processed. Get cash less approvals within 2 hours

Reimburse covered expenses if it’s a Non – Network Hospital

Within 15 days of discharge submit the claim form along with necessary supporting documents to nearest ABHI office/ courier to ABHI HO
