• This program is applicable only for lobby managers who are placed in Axis Bank branches within India.
• This program starts on 15th December and ends on 31st January 2017.
• The responsibility of entering correct customer details in the CRM system lies with the lobby managers.
• On achieving the targets mentioned in the communication sent to the lobby managers, Axis eDGE points pertaining to the respective target will be credited to the lobby managers’ accounts within 10 working days from the time the results are announced.
• The top 3 winners for “Logins” and “Redemption” will be chosen from across 5 cities (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata) and not from each city.
• ‘Login’ means an Axis Bank customer who logs on to eDGE Loyalty Rewards: Through edgerewards.axisbank.com | Through Internet Banking on Axis Bank website | Through Axis Bank Mobile App
• ‘Redemption’ means an Axis Bank customer who redeems their points: In the Rewards Store on the eDGE Loyalty Rewards website | In ‘Recharges & Bookings’ on the eDGE Loyalty Rewards website | For in-store shopping | For online shopping | For redemption done through the Contact Center
• The terms and conditions of Axis Bank Ltd. and eDGE Loyalty Rewards prevail along with the T&Cs of this program.
• All disputes will have to be reported to Axis Bank or its representatives on or before the 30th day, post the offer ends. In case of any dispute, the decision of Axis Bank will be final.
